Reservations

All bookings are handled online and must be made and paid in advance. Bookings can be made directly via CloudBeds, AirBnb, or HomeAway/VRBO.  In the event of late cancellation or no show your card on file will be charged.  Each of the rooms are different so please give us a call and we would be happy to help you select the room that would best fit your needs and answer all of your questions.  We can be reached via phone and email.  Please leave a message If you do not reach us! We will get back to you as soon as we can!  Discounts are available for extended stay and advanced bookings. 

Extended Stay Discounts Individual Suites/Rooms or Entire House 

  • For three days 10% discount
  • For one full week (7 days), 20% discount
  • For two full weeks (14 days),  30% discount
  • For one full months (30 days), 40% discount 

Special Events (Common Areas)

  • Three hour minimum charge (Parlor, Kitchen, Dining Room, Porch, and Patio)
  • Contract required
  • Addtional cleaning charge 
  • Proof of insurance with Historic Victorian Inn and owners named as addtional insured
  • Event chairs available for rental

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen events happen last minute causing great stress for our guests, yet we ask that you understand that if we were to refund your monies, your stress may be taken care of, but it transfers to us. While we hate to take your money when you can't use your reservation due to unforeseen events, weather and such, we do try our best to do the right thing at all times. Please understand that we only have one home to share, a few rooms to book out. We are often full on weekends, and especially busy in the summer, fall and holiday times. It is likely that we have turned other folks away by keeping our promise to hold your room or space for you. We will happily offer you a credit to come and stay another time if you do cancel last minute. Also, if we do re book your cancelled stay, we will surely refund you your money out of honesty and kindness. Thank you for understanding!

Individual Suites/Rooms or Entire House Cancellations (when booked directly with Historic Victorian Inn)

  • Cancel 60 days prior = no charge to your card
  • Cancel 31-59 = We charge 50% of your stay to your card
  • Cancel less than 30 days = We charge 100% of your stay

Late Check Out Policy

If you would like to extend your stay or need a late check out, we will do our best to accomodate your needs.  Please understand our staff needs to be able to access the property by 11:00AM to make sure the property is prepared for new guests arrival by 5:00PM.  Half day charge will be applied if you are checked out prior to 2:00PM after that we will need to charge for a full day.  You may want to consider consolidating rooms or contacting owner for other arrangements.  We will do the best we can to accomodate. 

Gift Certificates

Lovely gift certificates are available to purchase. They must be used within six months of purchase. Your recipient can then go to the website which is listed on the gift certificate to choose their favorite room. They then call us to make reservations that fit their schedule. We can send the certificate to you, or right to the recipient. Easy as pie!
